Codorníu Ars Collecta El Tros Nou 2010 is a Gran Reserva vintage brut Cava produced from Pinot Noir grapes in the Penedès region of Catalan Spain. Located in the town of Sant Sadurní d`Anoia and with vineyards spanning the appellations of Penedès, Costers del Segre and Conca de Barberà, Codorníu is considered to be the oldest family wine businesses in Spain, tracing its history back to 1551. This special-edition Cava comes from Codorní`s Art Collection, with Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the paraje of El Tros Nou in the cool Serralada de Prades sub-region of Penedès. The wine is aged on lees for more than 90 months, with production limited to just 300 bottles.
