Cocchi is a world-famous producer of aromatised wines made without interruption since 1891 and according to recipes and methods handed down through generations. This is a delicious style of Vermouth popularised by those who traditionally drank an aperitif having just been to the theatre, hence the name ‘Dopo Teatro’. It is rich, sweet and fruity, offset with darker, spicier notes and pleasant woody bitterness. Perfect by itself but would add an indulgent note to strong-flavoured cocktails such as a Boulevardier.
