Cimarron Blanco Tequila

Cimarrón Blanco is distilled from 100% estate-grown blue weber agave and produced at Tequileña Distillery, in the town of Atotonico el Alto. Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca developed a proprietary technique of crushing the cooked piñas [agave hearts] without the use of water. This results in a mash with a higher sugar content than most other tequilas. After distillation, this tequila is bottled up unaged.
