Chuncho Amargo Bitters

Named after the ethnic group of Amazon Indians that resisted the Spanish Conquistadors, Chuncho Amargo is made in Lima, Peru. These speciality bitters combine over 30 different peels, herbs, roots, barks and flowers from the Peruvian forest. All the ingredients are macerated and then rested for six months in oak barrels before being bottled. It is said to be the go-to bitters for a truly authentic Pisco Sour.
