His unique formulas for vermouths, liqueurs, bitters and spirits soon won the company acclaim and awards throughout the world and now, with great-grandson Giovanni Chazalettes at the helm, these timeless classics can still be enjoyed today. This is an Extra Dry style of Vermouth di Torino, produced with citrus peel, Piedmontese alpine herbs, juniper and a host of other secret spices. Notably drier on the palate, this would be ideal for a Martini.
