Rotem and Mounir Saouma, founders of the Burgundy négociant business Lucien Le Moine, also make exceptional wines from approximately 8.5 hectares of vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Using old vinification techniques and minimal intervention, the wines are incredible terroir-driven and complex, yet have all the precision and harmony that you would find in Grand Cru Burgundy. Omnia is Latin for ‘all’, and this particular wine is a blend of all their vineyards in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. It is a powerful, Grenache-driven red made with minimal intervention.
