Bonneau Châteauneuf-du-Pape Célestins 2007 is a full-bodied red wine from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation of the southern Rhône Valley. Domaine Henri Bonneau is one of the iconic producers of Châteauneuf-du-Pape with just 6 hectares of vineyards split between the legendary La Crau and Couthézon sub-zones. Réserve des Célestins is the most famous of their wines and is a barrel selection only released in years where the quality is deemed exceptional. The 2007 is available here in magnum format. "A slightly roasted nose with coffee bean and kirsch aromas and freshly cut mushrooms. Full-bodied and very rich with high alcohol but the acidity remains strong. Very much of its powerful, roasted vintage, taking a little leathery, mushroom side. Complex and ready now, don`t wait too long." Decanter, 2020
