The Merwah is barrel fermented while the Obaideh is tank fermented and matured in French oak barriques for 6-8 months. It is then blended and bottled in the July or August after harvest, stored in bottle at the winery and released six to seven years after the harvest. The style is often described as resembling a “dry sauternes” or mature white Graves. Tasting Notes from the Chateau-

A deep yellow-gold colour and a complex and intense nose of honey, toast, apple, oak. The palate faithfully reflected the aromas.
