Founded in 1978 through the union of Fabienne Coffinet and Michel Morey, scions of prominent Burgundy wine-producing families, this domaine remains under the current winemaking direction of their son, Thibault Morey. This cuvée hails from the Premier Cru `Les Caillerets’, where the family owns a 0.65-hectare parcel. These wines are often regarded among the finest Premier Cru offerings in Chassagne-Montrachet.
