Based in Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Leflaive is a highly regarded producer focused almost entirely on white wines. Under the leadership of the late Anne-Claude Leflaive, the estate converted to biodynamic farming practices in the 1990s, one of the very first to do so in Burgundy. This release is the domaine’s Bourgogne Blanc from the 2015 vintage. Expect fresh notes of pears, green apples and kiwi, finishing on a slightly savoury note.
