Domaine Amiot-Servelle is a small 7ha estate located in the heart of Chambolle-Musigny. They have farmed organically since 2003 and the wines taste fresh and modern. The 2015 1er Cru Derrière-la-Grange is aromatic and savoury on the nose with lovely delineation. The palate is medium-bodied, lightly grippy and has a lovely, lengthy finish.
