There are few finer domaines in the Côte D’Or than that of Armand Rousseau, and this magnum bottle of the 2006 Chambertin-Clos-de-Bèze is a living proof of their high standards in winemaking. The nose is filled with cherries and red berries, followed by earthy and mineral tones, meat and spices. The palate presents soft tannins, melting acidity, all draped like a silken robe over pure and transparent flavours, with notes of red cherries, spices and minerality.
