Domaine Garnier & Fils is owned and operated by two brothers, Xavier and Jérôme, who are driven by incredible passion for wine and respect for the identity of each of their individual terroirs. Their Grand Cru Vaudésir is sourced from a tiny 0.3-hectare plot with vines around 45 years of age on average. It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and spends a period of 22 months maturing in 600-litre demi-muids in contact with its fine lees. The 2015 is a deliciously sun-kissed release with beautiful notes of citrus flesh, green apple, pear, honeysuckle, wild herbs and crushed seashells. Now perfect for drinking, this would be ideal served alongside turbot au beurre blanc.
