Fonterutoli, owned by the Mazzei family since 1435, is located only 5km south of Castellina, in the heart of the Chianti Classico. `Siepi` is an equal blend of Sangiovese and Merlot and was first produced in the 1992 vintage. Aged for 16-18 months in small French oak barrels (70% new). The perfect match for rich foods such as game and blue cheeses.
