Established in 1946, Calumet Farm is a name well-known in Ketucky - famous for it`s thoroughbred horse breeding. Fittingly, they also bottle bourbon - this expression is crafted from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley, and contains less than 50 barrels per batch. It is bottled at 90 proof (45% Alc/Vol) - expect straightforward notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice, making it suitable for both sipping and mixing.
