Caballo Loco is the top tier wine from Chilean powerhouse, Valdivieso. It is, in effect, a non-vintage solera-style wine that is released in “editions” and contains multiple wines from different years. Version 14 is a combination of 50% No. 13 and 50% wine from the 2009 vintage. It is rich, full-bodied and hedonistic, containing Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Carmenere from excellent vineyards in different sub-regions of the Central Valley.
