Here is an elegant Brunello from Castello Banfi. Made from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on the sloping vineyards surrounding the Poggio alle Mura Castle on the Banfi estate. Deep ruby red with garnet reflections. Rich and ample, with hints of prune jam, coffee, cacao and a light balsamic note on the nose. Full and powerful on the palate, with ripe and gentle tannins. A velvety and harmonious red.
