Château de Chamilly Bouzeron Les Bouchines 2023 is a medium-bodied white wine made from Aligoté grapes in the Bouzeron appellation of Burgundy, France. This estate, owned by the Desfontaine family since the 19th century, is located in the hamlet of Chamilly, near Montagny. The 2023 vintage exhibits notes of green apple, pear and citrus peel, complemented by a keen acidity. The wine reflects the character of the Aligoté grape while delivering a mineral backdrop. Bouzeron AOC is recognised as the sole communal-level Burgundy appellation dedicated to Aligoté.
