First established in 1805, Daniel Bouju is a family-owned cognac house based in the village of Saint-Preuil in Charente. As both the grower and the distiller, Daniel Bouju oversees every aspect of the production process, from the vineyard to the bottle. Imperium is a multi-vintage blend from the Grande Champagne region, offering expressive notes of rose petal, cigar box and oak. The palate reveals liquorice, angelica root and balsamic notes. Best enjoyed neat at room temperature.
