Bookers Little Book `The Infinite` is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced at the Jim Beam Distilling Co in Clermont, Kentucky. This limited-release whiskey that is a blend of four different bourbons, each distilled by a different generation of the Noe family. The blend includes bourbons aged seven to 20 years and is bottled at 119.3 proof. A smooth and well-balanced whiskey with with notes of stone fruit, charred oak and caramel on the nose, followed by black cherry, vanilla, baking spice and charred oak.
