Bòggina B from Fattoria Petrolo is often referred to as ‘a bit of Burgundy with a Tuscan twist’. Made with 100% Trebbiano Toscano and under the guidance of one of Burgundy’s greatest winemakers, Mounir Saouma of Lucien Le Moine. Layers of fruit and acidity with overlapping tones of apples, honey blossom, macadamia and walnuts on the nose and palate. The wine is certified organic and a perfect accompaniment to creamy seafood stew or crispy baked tofu.
