Bemberg Estate Wines is a relatively new company specialising in micro-cuvées of Chardonnay, Malbec and Pinot Noir from various exceptional sites across Argentina. This Pinot Noir comes from Finca Las Piedras, which is a high elevation estate in the Los Arboles district of Tunuyan, in the Uco Valley. It is hand-harvested, meticulously sorted, fermented with a small quantity of whole clusters and aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. It is fragrant, pretty and linear, with wonderful notes of ripe red cherries, violets, lavender, nutmeg and orange zest.
