The 2008 Bellevue-Mondotte is an outstanding blend of 90% Merlot with equal parts Cabernets Franc and Sauvignon from a 5-acre vineyard planted with 46-year-old-vines. This is a compelling wine of extraordinary depth, decadence and potential longevity. Dense in colour, it is saturated with notes of crème de cassis, cherry, liquorice, dried flowers and crushed rock.
