Clos de la Mousse is a historic vineyard in the Burgundy that has been owned by the Bouchard family since 1872. Located at a relatively high altitude, the soil here is rich in clay, which creates ideal growing conditions for Pinot Noir. The tannins in Clos de la Mousse are particularly impressive. They are well-integrated and refined, which gives the wine a long, lingering finish. The 2021 vintage is ready to drink now, but it will also continue to improve with age.
