Lucien Le Moine is a small, independent wine merchant founded by Mounir and Rotem Saouma in 1999. They specialize in sourcing Premier and Grand Cru wines from Burgundy, which they then age in their vaulted cellar in Beaune. There is no winemaking involved as the wines reach them after fermentation. This particular release hails from Bâtard-Montrachet, the prestigious Grand Cru vineyard situated at the base of the Montrachet hill. A top-notch wine that needs a few more years to really sing.
