Très Vieille Réserve is a rare and superb Cognac from Domaines Barons de Rothschild, the group that encompasses several legendary properties in Bordeaux. Made from cherry-picked eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne and Borderies, the brandy is aged for a minimum of 50 years. Expect a soft and warming cognac, with notes of brown sugar, vanilla, forest fruits, nuts and dried mushrooms.
