Balblair 10 Year Old Old Particular Douglas Laing 2011

Balblair is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, having been officially established in 1790. Balblair is now owned by Inver House Distillers, whose portfolio also includes Knockdhu, Old Pulteney and Balmenach. This 10-year-old expression is an independent release from Douglas Laing & Co, as part of their ‘Old Particular’ range. Expect notes of fresh pastries, honeycomb, chocolate, a sprinkle of baking spices and orange peel.
