Aubert is a boutique Chardonnay and Pinot Noir estate that produces wine from single-vineyard sites in Napa Valley and Sonoma. Founded by husband-and-wife Mark and Teresa Aubert in 1999, it is regarded to be one of California’s cult wine labels. Sugar Shack is Aubert’s home estate, located on approximately 3 hectares in the esteemed Rutherford appellation. The wine has intense aromas of ripe yellow peach and apricot, with hints of orange blossom and fragrant lemon thyme. Its rich and velvety texture is balanced by a refreshing acidity, showcasing the exceptional quality of the vineyard`s terroir.
