Ardbeg 8 Year Old Single Côte-Rôtie Cask is a limited-edition, age-statement Islay single malt whisky produced at the Ardbeg Distillery on the isle of Islay. Distilled in 2011, this exceptional Islay single malt was matured for eight years in a single barrel previously used to mature Côte-Rôtie Syrah red wine, before being bottled in July 2020 as part of the Ardbeg Embassies series. Expect notes of rich peat, cocoa powder, clove, nutmeg and medicinal herbs.
