Home to the Sichel family since 1961, Château d`Angludet is one of the oldest properties in the Médoc, with a rich history that goes back to the 12th century. Situated on a plateau of Garonne gravel, the château’s vineyard covers an area of 32 hectares, all within the Margaux AOC. This release is the 2001 vintage of its flagship wine, a classic Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot, matured in French oak barrels for 14 months. Expect a well-balanced and elegant wine, with ripe black fruits and hints of tobacco.
