The 2015 Hemelrand Vine Garden is a blend of predominantly Roussanne with Chenin, Chardonnay and Verdelho. On the nose is a showy spectrum of stone fruits, baked apple, citrus, white flowers and roasted nuts. The palate is powerful and rich but has wonderful natural acidity making it the perfect pairing for roasted chicken in a creamy tarragon sauce.
