The Camut family have been growing apples in the Pays d`Auge since the 1800s. Their eaux-de-vie is produced from around 25 species of apple & is double distilled before oak ageing. Old wood is used for maturation resulting in a mellow, fruit forward spirit - truly superb Calvados. Privilege is aged for between 15 & 18 years before release.
