Adir’s wines are made from grapes grown in the Zimra vineyard which was planted in the 1980s and 90s in the Upper Galilee. The 2015 Shiraz is classically styled and deeply concentrated with layers of smoky black fruits and herbs. It is elegant and soft in texture, making it perfect for short- to medium-term drinking.
