Chablis 1er Cru Louis Latour 2022 is crafted from grapes grown in the Chablis region, known for its distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone soils. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures, ensuring a faithful expression of its terroir. Complete malolactic fermentation is carried out, contributing to its texture. It matures for 8 to 10 months in stainless steel. This vintage displays a pale yellow hue, with aromas of acacia and a mouthfeel that balances freshness and roundness, leading to a mineral finish. Louis Latour has been producing wines since 1797, reflecting a long-standing tradition.
