Fine wine and spirits shop manager

High quality Retail Manager required with fine wine knowledge, great customer service and staff motivation skills for our award-winning fine wine boutique in Mayfair.

We are looking for strong management candidates to help lead our brilliant team at what we believe is simply one of the best wine shops anywhere in the World! You will be supporting the senior managers in the day to day operations and help impulse the right dynamic in the team.

We have an opportunity for a charismatic, sales orientated manager to join our team at one of the Wine World’s most exciting ventures.

You should have a background in Fine Wine or Rare Spirit Retail, Luxury Goods or the wider Hospitality Industry and be comfortable motivating and challenging our team of talented Wine and Spirit Specialists to offer consistently exceptional customer service.

You should have a good understanding of the sales process and be ready to offer consistently excellent service to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Salary package £38,000 - £40,000 dependent upon experience.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the London fine wine market plus the ability and initiative to help drive the business forward as part of a dynamic management team – in return you will have the opportunity to work in an exciting, vibrant environment as part of a hugely talented team dealing with some of the World’s finest wines and rarest spirits.
