Following on from the Yamazaki Tsukuriwake Peated Malt release in 2022, ‘Smoky Batch’ is a rare peated version of Yamazaki. Expect notes of manuka honey with baked fruits and a gentle smoke on the nose and palate.

Complex and sprightly with notes of citrus oil, orange marmalade and cacao. Balance and harmony are the watchwords here. The finish is rich and lingering with notes of espresso and a hint of bitterness.
