2013 is just the second release of Yalumba’s flagship wine, The Caley. It is a blend of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and old vine Shiraz from the Barossa. It is complex, seamless and quietly powerful, with wonderful notes of dark fruits, tobacco, graphite, earth, clove and cedar. Drink 2023-2040.
