Saint Romain Renaud Boyer 2022

Sourced from 80-year-old vines rooted in white marl soils, Renaud`s Saint-Romain is a delightful white Burgundy. It boasts richness, concentration, texture, minerality, and density. The nose is quite exotic, brimming with marmalized fruit and spice. The acidity is well-defined, providing a counterbalance to the wine`s density. The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent whole cluster fermentation with indigenous yeast. Ageing took place in oak barrels on lees for 11 months. The wine was bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without any added sulphites.
