The 2021 Nielson Santa Barbara Pinot Noir underwent exclusive barrel ageing, with 100% of the wine spending 10 months in 12% new French oak. Displaying a light to medium garnet colour, it exudes aromas of brown sugar, cherries, and a subtle mocha undertone. The palate reveals cherry and cranberry flavours embraced by a gently firm grip of tannins. The finish is characterized by lingering nutty mocha notes and hints of dried herbs.
