Château Haut-Brion is the prestigious Premier Grand Cru Classé owned by Domaine Clarence Dillon. The 2007 is a blend composed of 43% Merlot, 44% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Cabernet Franc and it is just about to reach its drinking plateau. Expect a firm and full-bodied expression, with plenty of dark berries, cassis, espresso, oak and some earthy undertones.
