Giffard Banane du Bresil

An award-winning liqueur made from the slow maceration of bananas mostly from Brazil, spirit of bananas for an intense aroma, enhanced by a hint of Cognac. A heady tropical nose, laden with strong flavours of ripe and dried banana. An initially soft mouthfeel, with a beautiful taste of butter-roasted bananas flambéed with oak-aged Cognac. Delicious poured over crushed ice or to create magnificent cocktails.
