Bonnington Single Cask Inaugural Release

Bonnington Single Cask Inaugural Release is a limited-edition single malt whisky produced at the Bonnington Distillery in Edinburgh. Distilled in March 2020 this inaugural release from Bonnington was matured in a single Ruby Port cask, before being bottled in October 2023 at 52.3%. Just 500 bottles were filled, all hand-signed by Bonnington distillery manager Jamie Lockhart. Expect rich, creamy notes of dried fruits, poached pear, caramel and oak spice.
