Les Rendez-Vous No. 3 is composed of 100% Pinot Meunier, with a base year 2015 from Leuvrigny, Damery and Venteuil and 30% reserve wines from 2013. Vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 64 months, with a dosage of 2g/l. On the nose, floral and citrus notes mingle with summery scents of freshly grown wheat fields. On the palate, flavours of white cherry, pineapple and yellow plums concluding on a white pepper and saline finish. Enjoy with dishes such as veal, foie gras and pâté.
