After spending some time working as a cellarmaster for Krug, Eric Rodez returned to his family winery in the early 1990s and decided to set up his own champagne label. He currently cultivates approximately 6 hectares of vines in Ambonnay which are now certified organic. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this multi-vintage Blanc de Noirs is a dense and full-bodied champagne, boasting notes of red apples, stone fruits, honey and a touch of flint.
