Ben Nevis 40 Year Old 1962

Distilled back in 1962 at the Ben Nevis distillery in Fort William, this 40-year-old whisky has undergone a unique `Blended at Birth` process, combining grain and malt whiskies. It matured for four decades in sherried oak, resulting in a full-bodied and rich expression. The palate offers a dense and viscous experience with plenty of depth, featuring notes of stewed plum, fig, unripe mango, and a banana undertone from the grain component.
