One of Burgundy`s most charming domaines, Fontaine-Gagnard is run by Celine Fontaine, with her parents Richard Fontaine and Laurence Gagnard. Their 2018 Bâtard-Montrachet is fresh and elegant, with aromas of pears, apples and spices. The palate is very well-balanced, with brisk acidity and focus. It finishes on a saline note.
