Founded in 1731, Bouchard Père & Fils is one of the oldest estates in Burgundy and is an example of unique heritage, offering great diversity from an array of prestigious appellations. 2018 was an exceptional vintage of both quality and quantity, and Bouchard’s Bâtard-Montrachet is a wonderful release with superb concentration of fruit, incisive acidity and deep mineral complexity. Though this much to like already, this should flourish with a few more years cellaring.
