With Dassai Blue, the brand aims to introduce a refined sake that appeals to both sake connoisseurs and newcomers, offering a smoother, slightly sweeter flavor profile at 14% alcohol content. Rice is grown from seed in Arkansas while water is sourced from the Hudson River Valley.
