A part time job in a well known chain of City wine bars while studying for my degree in classics at Kings College London led me into the wine trade.
A year of bar management followed by two years at a west London independent store allowed me the opportunity to engage with wines from nearly every part of the world. I'm now very happy to be part of the buying team here at Hedonism helping to track down rare, interesting wines wherever they might be.
Burgundy is undoubtedly my first love with Portugal a close second though I’ve also always got time for the wonderful world of whisky!
