Since antiquity, many philosophers and poets have praised wine. Quotes such as "Quickly, bring me a beaker of wine, so that I may wet my mind and say something clever”, "Wine is bottled poetry" and "I drink Champagne when I win, to celebrate and I drink Champagne when I lose, to console myself", are all attributed to people such as Aristophanes and Plato, Lord Byron, Robert Louis Stevenson, Napoleon and Winston Churchill.

Personally, after 10 years of academic studies in viticulture and oenology in Greece and Italy and travels around the world working vintages in different hemispheres (Santorini, Marlborough, Arizona, Sussex), I found Hedonism Wines - a place in Mayfair where a true hedonist can indulge and a place where the wine and spirits adventure never ends.

Over the years I have been privileged to taste many famous wines such as SQN, DRC, Petrus, Lafite, to name only a few, alongside grower Champagne producers or unknown appellations to the majority of consumers. This has only helped broaden my knowledge and challenge my tasting buds.
